1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using SaaS Template (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing the Service.
2. Use License
Permission is granted to temporarily use the Service for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:
- Modify or copy the materials
- Use the materials for any commercial purpose
- Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained in the Service
- Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials
- Transfer the materials to another person or “mirror” the materials on any other server
3. User Accounts
When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. We cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage from your failure to comply with this security obligation.
4. Subscription and Payments
Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis. You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis, depending on the type of subscription plan you select. At the end of each billing period, your subscription will automatically renew under the exact same conditions unless you cancel it or we cancel it.
5. Free Trial
We may, at our sole discretion, offer a subscription with a free trial for a limited period of time. You may be required to enter your billing information to sign up for the free trial. If you do not cancel the subscription before the free trial period ends, we will automatically charge the subscription fee for the type of subscription you have selected.
6. Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription either through your online account management page or by contacting our customer support team. If you cancel your subscription, you will still have access to the Service until the end of your current billing period.
7. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of SaaS Template and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.
8. User Content
Our Service allows you to post, link, store, share and otherwise make available certain information, text, graphics, videos, or other material. You are responsible for the content that you post on or through the Service, including its legality, reliability, and appropriateness.
9. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.
10. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall SaaS Template, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
